In a bowl, whisk together the butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla and Karo syrup, stir in the pecans and set aside. Unroll the pie crust and cut in half. Spray an 8×8 baking dish with cooking spray. Use a rolling pin to roll each piece of the crust large enough to fit in the bottom of the dish and slightly up the sides. Place one piece of the crust in the bottom of the dish then top with half of the filling. Place the other crust on top and then spread the remaining filling on top of that. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40 minutes.
